The basic scripting languages needed for this framework depends on the level of change.  For example when reusing a theme the only things to do are some CSS adjustments. Creating a whole new theme needs PHP and html knowledge. When creating a new javascript plugin javascript knowledge is needed.

When you start building a new website you start with creating a theme. The theme is divided in layouts and the layouts are divided again in parts. For example this website has a home layout that is divided in four parts. The top banner, right, middle and left part. Every part has its own folder containing the html, setup and index file. This gives the developer a structural based development platform. Once created the back end automatically creates the necessary input fields.
